The Commons

This Arts & Crafts house backs onto the Country Club of Buffalo and was designed by noted Buffalo architect Duane Lyman. The landscape project included renovating the old swimming pool, redoing the decking, (we were able to re-use the original Medina sandstone decking as a walkway in the rear garden), building fences, a pool house and a shed, rock retaining walls and plantings.
